Our team at Foremost Security are once again proving that it is possible to grow and innovate, even whilst coping with the ever-changing situation of a pandemic.
We are soon set to go live with a game-changing security App developed by Australian company Guardhouse. It’s believed that we will be one of the first UK companies to adopt the App and our guards will be delivering the many efficiency and accountability benefits it offers very soon.
We are certainly no strangers to making progress. Since the initial lockdown of 2020 we have bucked the trend, by not only surviving the challenging trading environment, but actually thriving. Thanks to the determination of the team to grow stronger and our commitment to continuous improvement, we, in 2020, have: –
- Taken on an additional 135 new Key Holding customers
- Created a number of new job posts across the Midlands, with 38 new starters
- Seen an increase of 753 hours for weekly Manned Guarding
The Guardhouse App is just the latest investment which we have made to ensure that we stay at the very top of our game and provide the highest quality of service and peace of mind for our clients. It offers multiple functions which reduce time and manual paperwork and make individual guards more accountable – all in a much more COVID-secure way.
Real-time visible reporting of Mobile Patrol checkpoints, Site Survey Risk Assessments, Key Receipts, Rotas, Site Assignment instructions and Alarm Reports means that the businesses who rely on us to protect their premises, staff and assets can get immediate and accurate updates.
The Guardhouse App provides the functions we’ve looked to bring to the business for a long time. Until now there simply wasn’t anything out there which we felt offered the additional capability we knew was possible. We were delighted to be approached by Guardhouse and believe that this collaboration will revolutionise the level of efficiency and confidence our customers will experience.

If anything this has reminded us of what a crucial role we play and we take that very seriously. When we found the right technology to allow us to make our offering even stronger we were compelled to adopt is as soon as we could.
