Geological Survey needed to appoint a security provider who were capable of servicing their premises, providing a top-quality level of service for Manned Guarding. Foremost Security were invited to tender, and we can proudly say we were awarded with this position.

The reason for tender was because the client was on the receiving end of a very distant relationship with their previous security provider. The client was also left feeling frustrated after a lack of meetings and consistency due to the constant changes of supplied security guards.

Our Solution

We have now worked with Geological Survey since January 2019. To ensure our client doesn’t feel the same frustrations as before, we have provided a consistent team of security guards that are fully trained for this particular premises and are very familiar with their duties. We also implement monthly meetings with the client where any issues or concerns raised are dealt with immediately.

Although we have not faced any security challenges as of yet, we have helped our client with the challenge that is COVID-19. As their security requirements have changed during this time, we have worked with our client to ensure the premises remains fully protected by providing additional Key Holding and Mobile Patrol services.
